Once a short break offer is purchased which is inclusive of a standard Season Pass, the pass is non refundable/non cancellable.
A Season Pass entitles the Passholder to admission to the Attraction during the Pass Term subject to the operating calendars of the Attraction and any applicable exclusion dates that apply at the relevant time.
Please check the Attraction opening and closing dates on the Attraction's website and the Season Pass exclusions and restrictions set out in before your visit.
Season Pass entry restrictions apply on Friday 31st July, and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in August 2020, and any themed and/or special events taking place at the Attraction; any 'special dates' featured on the Attraction calendar; and Fright Night dates regardless of the time of entry or departure.

A Season Pass will only be valid when it is used and/or presented by the named holder, it displays a clear photograph which must be a true likeness of the named holder and it is within the Pass Term.

Lead price from £50 per person / £198 is based on a family of 4 staying overnight in the Thorpe Shark Cabins on the following dates: 22nd, 27th, 28th April, 16th, 21st June, 6th, 9th, 10th July, 3rd, 7th September 2020.
Season pass is valid from the date of your booked short break.
*Free access to the Park applies to the 2020 season with the exception of the following exclusion dates 31st July, Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's in August, and all FRIGHT NIGHTS dates. Passholders can purchase tickets on excluded dates from £10.
** Ticket discount for up to 5 friends applies only when the pass holder is present.
Unlimited Fastrack offer valid on stays in the Thorpe Shark Cabins when booked as part of a ticket and hotel package.
Unlimited Fastrack valid only between Park opening – 11am on the second day in the Park. Unlimited Fastrack ticket allows you a reduced queuing time on all Fastrack rides.
Breakfast is included with all packages unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.
Customers are required to book for both breakfast and dinner, before arrival is recommended but guests can book once at the hotel. Please be aware that bookings are subject to availability.
Height, weight and chest restrictions apply to rides and attractions and are subject to availability. 7 days notice before the date of stay must be given to cancel a Thorpe Break in the Thorpe Shark Cabins. Offer subject to change and availability.
